Year 11 Leavers Assembly

Afon Tâf recently bode fond farewells to all its Year 11 pupils at a special
'Leavers Assembly' held at the School on Wednesday 12 June 2019.

The School was delighted to welcome Mr Gary Lockwood, representing local MoD technical and engineering company, General Dynamics, who presented generous bursaries to three of our pupils, and also, Mr Mark Richards, representing
Merthyr College, who presented a number of our students with Panasonic Trust 'Engineers of the Future' awards.

Evan Price was the popular recipent of the prestigious Senior Leadership Team
'Pupil of the Year 2019' award.  Our warmest congratulations go to him, along with all the other pupils who received recognition of their efforts over the last five years.
We wish them all the best of luck in their chosen career paths.  Hwyl!
